Active Lats Massage

ACTIVE LATS MASSAGE

This is a self massage technique that targets the Latissimus Dorsi muscle. This method uses a lacrosse or massage ball to pin the muscle belly down while you use your arm to stretch it out for an active release of the muscle tension. Generally 4-5 arm reaches are completed per tender spot, and 3-6 different spots can be target along the entire muscle belly.
