Adductor Squeeze Squat

ADDUCTOR SQUEEZE SQUAT

This is a Reactive Neuromuscular Training technique that is used to engage the hip adductors to stabilize the hip and knee. Place a yoga block or foam roller between your knees and squeeze your legs together to compress the object. Proceed to complete a SQUAT.
