Ankle lnversion with Band
ANKLE INVERSION WITH BAND
This is a strengthening exercise for the ankle inverters. Loop a band around the target foot and hold it with the same side’s hand. Cross your other leg over top and use your foot to push and anchor the band to the side. Activate the ankle inverters by getting the bottom of your foot to face your body’s midline.Hold for up to 2 seconds and slowly release to complete a repetitions.
