Finger Extension with Band

FINGER EXTENSION WITH BAND

This is a strengthening exercise for the finger extensors. Loop a hair or elastic band around the back of your fingers roughly at the level of your 3rd knuckles. Extend your fingers out to stretch the band and hold this for up to 5 seconds. Return to neutral to complete a repetition.

  • Extensor Digiti Minimi

  • Extensor Pollicis Longus

  • Extensor Pollicis Brevis
