Start by placing the back of your forearm on your thigh with the wrist hanging off of the knee and gripping onto a loop band with your palm facing the floor. Anchor the other end of the loop band with the forefoot. Extend your wrist by raising it upwards while keeping the forearm fixed to your thigh.
