Bear Crawl Twist

BEAR CRAWL TWIST

This is a core strengthening exercise. Start in a bear crawl and begin to lift the opposite foot and hand off of the ground. Rotate the torso in the opposite direction of the planted hand and extend the knee forwards. Tuck everything back into a bear crawl and repeat for the opposite direction.

    • Obliques

      • Internal oblique

      • External oblique

    • Transversus abdominis
