Chest Opener

CHEST OPENER STRETCH

Grab a hold of a stable pole, door frame or squat rack frame with both hands behind you. Roll your shoulders back and step forward to stretch out the front of your shoulder and chest. Hold for 3-5 breaths.

  • Pectoralis Major

  • Pectoralis Minor

  • Anterior Deltoid
