This exercise is a closed chain stability exercise for the scapular protractors. Start in a slightly tucked plank position. Raise the hips towards the ceiling without breaking out of neutral spine (keep the core braced) by driving your elbows into the ground and upwards. Hold for 3-5 seconds and slowly return to start position.
