Dowel Shoulder Extension Lift Off
DOWEL SHOULDER EXTENSION LIFT OFF
The dowel shoulder extension lift off exercise is used to strengthen your end ranges. Start by hold a dowel behind you in a thumbs down grip. Hold onto the dowel at the highest point possible pain-free. Begin the exercise by lifting the dowel off of the floor as high as possible without leaning forwards with your torso. Hold this position for up to 10 seconds and gently lower the dowel to complete a repetition.
