Dowel Wrist Stars
DOWEL WRIST STARS
This is a multidirectional wrist and forearm strengthening exercise. While seated, hold onto one end of a dowel/broomstick while supporting the forearm with your thigh. From here move the wrist as to draw a star shape with the tip of the broomstick. For maximally intensity attempt to create the largest movements possible while drawing the star.
