Dumbbell Pullover

DUMBBELL PULL OVER

This exercise can be modified to target the latissimus dorsi muscle or the pectoralis muscles. The version shown in the above video is used to target the latissimus dorsi. Lie down on a bench so that your upper back and neck rests on the bench horizontally. Bridge the body so that the spine is held in neutral position. Holding a weight, raise your arms up and over your head. Pull the weight back up so that it is above your chest to complete a repetition.
