Goldfish Exercise
GOLDFISH EXERCISE
This is a motor control exercise for the temporomandibular joint. Start by placing on hand on your jaw and the other on the affected side’s TMJ (in front of the ear). Press inwards with both hands and maintain the light pressure during this exercise. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and open your mouth as far as you can within tolerable limits. Slowly close your mouth and repeat as required.
