Groin Slider Band Pull
GROIN SLIDER BAND PULL
This is a progression version of the GROIN SLIDER exercise. Anchor a band down on one end and stack the other on a slider disc or hand towel (on hard flooring). Step on the band and allow the band to pull your leg outwards as you slide your leg out. Drive the foot into the ground as you pull the disc inwards back to a standing position.
