Hamstring Clock Stretch

HAMSTRING CLOCK STRETCH

This is a dynamic stretch exercise for the muscles on the back of your thigh. Start by stepping back slightly with one foot and reach towards the other foot until you feel a light stretch. Step back in to neutral position as your straighten your back. Step out once again in a 30 degree interval and bend down once again to reach for the other foot. Stand back up and repeat at 30 degree intervals.

  • Hamstrings

    • Biceps femoris

    • Semitendinosus

    • Semimembranosus

  • Adductor Magnus

  • Adductor Longus

  • Gracilis
