Incline Bench Empty Can Raise

INCLINE BENCH EMPTY CAN RAISE

The incline bench empty can raise is a shoulder abduction and horizontal abduction strengthening exercise. Lie down on your stomach while on a bench set up to 45 degrees. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip. Keep your chest on the bench during this exercise. Raise your arms to the side to raise the weight up. Focus on retracting the shoulder blades as you raise the weight up. Lower your arms to complete a repetition
