Ipsilateral Dead Bug
IPSILATERAL DEAD BUG
The ipsilateral dead bug exercise is a core endurance exercise that challenges anti-rotation. Squeeze a ball between one hand and knee on the same side. The knee and hand should be in line with the hip and shoulder respectively. Keep a neutral spine as you extend the other arm and leg and hold them just above ground level.
