Isometric Cervical Flexion

ISOMETRIC CERVICAL FLEXION

This exercise can be done while seated or standing. Place your hand on the front of your head and push your head into it. Go for maximum tolerable contraction without changing your position.

Muscles Involved:

  • Longus Colli (Deep Neck Flexors)

  • Sternocleidomastoid
