Knee to Chest Stretch

KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH

This is a lumbar flexion stretch that can be used to decompress the facet joints. Start by lying down on your back. Tuck your knees to your chest and hold it with your arms. Allow the lower back to curl as your hold this stretch. Hold the stretch for 3-5 breaths or for up to 30 seconds.

  • Erector Spinae

  • Superficial Back Line

  • Quadratus Lumborum
