Knee To Heel Taps

KNEE TO HEEL TAPS

This is a modification to the conventional 90/90 hip mobility exercise. Sit while leaning back with your hands and feet placed just wider than shoulder distance with your knees bent. Start by rotating one hip outwards until it reaches the ground and follow suit by rotating the other hip inwards until the knee touches the other leg’s heel. Return back to start and alternate sides.

  • Tensor Fascia Latae (TFL)

  • Gluteus Minimus

  • Gluteus Medius

  • Pectineus

  • Gracilis

  • Hip Adductors Group
