Lats Active Massage

LATS ACTIVE MASSAGE | LATS FOAM ROLL

This is a foam roller technique to massage out your latissimus dorsi muscle. Lie down on a foam roller and roll around until you find a tender spot. Hold that spot as you sweep your arm across the floor from in front of you to above your head. Rotate the arm externally as your rotate it above your head.
