Oblique Sit Arm Raises

OBLIQUE SIT ARM RAISES

Sit on the floor with one leg in front of you with the knee bent at 90 degrees and externally rotated. The other leg will be next to you with the knee also bent to roughly 90 degrees. Lean to the side with the arm opposite of the leg beside you and support your body with your hand. Hold a weight in front of you with your free hand and raise it directly upwards. The path of movement should be directly in line with a perpendicular line draw to the floor.
