Pelvic Reset

PELVIS RESET

This movement is a sacroiliac joint stability exercise that uses isometric contractions. Place one hand under one knee and above the other while lying down on your back. Press your legs into your hands while resisting any movements with your hands.

  • Sacroiliac Joint (SI Joint)

  • Core (Transverse Abdominus)
