Quadriceps Stretch

QUADS STRETCH

This is a self assisted quadriceps stretch exercise. Start by lying down on your side and grabbing the top ankle with your top hand. Use your hand to bend the knee and push the hips forward to engage in a stretch. Hold for 3-5 breaths or for up to 30 seconds.
