Seated Band Assisted Thoracic Rotation

SEATED BAND ASSISTED THORACIC ROTATION

The seated band assisted thoracic rotation is a flexibility exercise used to improve range of motion. Start by sitting on a stable seat with a heavy pullup assist band anchored to a band anchor or squat rack. Loop the band around the wrist of one hand and place your other hand behind your head. Allow the band to pull your into thoracic rotation and hold this stretch for 2 minutes.
