Seated Pretzel Stretch

SEATED PRETZEL STRETCH

This is a posterior hip stretch that can be done at your desk or office. Place one ankle on the opposite knee by rotating the leg. Push the folded knee towards the floor while leaning forward by hinging at the hips. Keep the spine neutral to uncouple motion between the hip and back.

  • Gluteus Maximus

  • Gluteus Medius

  • Piriformis
