Straight Bar Pronation

STRAIGHT BAR PRONATION

The straight bar pronation is a wrist strengthening exercise that will target the pronators of the forearm. Grab one end of the straight bar and rotate your wrist to turn the palm so that it faces the ceiling. From there, rotate your hand so that the bar is vertical and points upwards to the ceiling to complete a repetition. Repeat this exercise as required and within a tolerable range of motion.
