Supine Terminal Knee Extension
SUPINE TERMINAL KNEE EXTENSION
This is a knee strengthening exercise that focus on contracting the quadriceps in end range extension. Lie down on your back with your target leg straight out in front of you and placed a foam roller just under the knee. Extend the knee so that the foot is raised off of the ground and hold the contraction for 2-5 seconds. Slowly release the contraction and repeat as required.
