Terminal Knee Extension

TERMINAL KNEE EXTENSION

This is a knee strengthening exercise that focus on contracting the quadriceps in end range extension. Sit with your target leg straight out in front of you and placed a rolled up towel, bolster, or cushion just under the knee. Extend the knee so that the knee drives downwards into the cushion and hold the contraction for 2-5 seconds. Slowly release the contraction and repeat as required.
