Ulnar Nerve Flossing

ULNAR NERVE FLOSSING

This exercise is a nerve mobilization exercise to help decrease inflammation and pain experienced in the nerve. You should not feel any nerve tension or nerve stretch during this exercise. Tilt your head toward the arm as you extend the wrist and bend the elbow and tilt your head away as your straighten the arm and rotate the wrist.

  • Ulnar Nerve
