Wall Assisted Shoulder Flexion
WALL ASSISTED LATISSIMUS DORSI STRETCH
This is a stretch that uses a wall to help push your shoulder into deeper shoulder flexion. That by placing on hand on the wall in front of you. Bend forwards at the hips to raise the arm in front of you. Hold for 3-5 breaths or up to 30 seconds. Relax and repeat as required.
