Wall Lean Banded Toe Raises

WALL LEAN BANDED TOE RAISES

This is a strengthening exercise for the ankle dorsiflexors. Start by leaning against a wall with your hips with a mini band looped over the forefoot of one leg and anchor the other end of the band with the other foot. Pull your foot into maximum range dorsiflexion (toes towards the shins) and slowly lower it back down to the floor.

  • Tibialis Anterior

  • Extensor Hallucis Longus (EHL)

  • Extensor Digitorum Longus (EDL)
