Wrist Tendon Gliding
CARPAL TUNNEL TENDON GLIDE
This is a wrist tendon mobility exercise. Raise your arm up to 90 degrees shoulder flexion and extend the wrist to 90 degrees extension. Fold your hand so that the fingers are straight but are bent at the first set of knuckles. Then extend the first set of knuckles while keeping the second set of knuckle flexed. Finally extend the last set of knuckles to extend all of the fingers fully. Then repeat as required.
