Adductor Squeeze Toe Touch
ADDUCTOR SQUEEZE TOE TOUCH
This exercise is used to recruit the hip adductors as hip stabilizers to decrease the load required from the hamstrings. Squeeze a foam roller or yoga block between your knees with a high amount of effort and bend over to touch your toes. Keep the knees straight as you reach forward.
