Band Assisted Dead Bug
BAND ASSISTED DEAD BUG
The band assisted dead bug is a modified version of the DEAD BUG exercise that uses a band to help cue holding a neutral spine. Anchor one end of an exercise band to a stable object and put the other end under the small of your low back while lying down face up. Hold the band in place and raise your arms and legs up into the air. Alternate stretch out the opposite arms and legs without letting the band slip from under your back
