Band Assisted Pancake Stretch

BAND ASSISTED PANCAKE STRETCH

This is a band assisted groin stretch. Start by anchoring a strength band / pullup assist band in front of you and hold it with both hands. Spread your legs out with straight knees as far as tolerable and allow the band to pull your body forwards. Hold this light stretch for up to 30 seconds.

    • Adductor Magnus

    • Adductor Brevis

    • Adductor Longus

    • Gracilis

    • Pectineus
