Bridge & Reach

BRIDGE AND REACH

This is a core mobility exercise that targets the muscles of the superficial front line. Start with your feet shoulder distance apart with one arm behind you. Raise the pelvis off the floor by extending the hips and simultaneously reach overhead with one arm.

Muscles Involved:

  • Rectus Femoris

  • Rectus Abdominus

  • Gluteus Maximus
