Bridge Press

BRIDGE PRESS

This is a modified FLOOR PRESS exercise that utilizes a hip bridge to enable a decline bench press position. Start by holding two weights and lie down on the floor. Hold the top position of a GLUTE BRIDGE and press both hands upwards. Keep the hands and elbows in line with your lower chest. Remember to keep the core braced to hold a neutral spine. This exercise can be done with kettlebells or dumbbells.

  • Pectoralis Minor

  • Anterior Deltoid

  • Triceps Brachii
