Coracobrachialis Active Massage

CORACOBRACHIALIS ACTIVE MASSAGE | CORACOBRACHIALIS SELF MASSAGE

This is a self massage technique that uses a massage ball. Start by placing a massage ball along a tender spot on the front of your shoulder. Pin the massage ball in place and compress it within tolerable limits. Slowly extend the elbow behind you and abduct it to stretch the muscle. Then move your arm into shoulder flexion and horizontal adduction in a circular motion. Return to the extended position to complete a repetition.
