Dips

DIPS

This is a bodyweight based strengthening exercise for the elbow extensors. Raise the body off of the floor by bending the knees with your hands on a set of parallette bars. Bend the elbows to lower the body to the floor. Be sure to keep the elbows in line with your hands.
