Eccentric Shoulder External Rotation
ECCENTRIC SHOULDER EXTERNAL ROTATION
This exercise uses a band to provide resistance to the rotator cuff muscles. Hold the band with your palms up and keep the elbows tucked in directly below your shoulder. Rotate your arms externally as far as you can tolerate and slowly return to starting position at a tempo of 5-7 seconds.
