Ghost Heads

GHOST HEADS

This is a neck mobility exercise. Attempt to keep the head looking straight forward during this exercise. It is recommended to practice this in front of a mirror for optimal results. Move the neck as to draw a halo with the tip of your head. You can practice this counter clockwise or clockwise.
