High Side Plank

HIGH SIDE PLANK

This is a core stability exercise for the lateral flexors of the spine. Start in a high plank position by supporting the body with one hand and leg. Keep the spine in neutral and be sure that the hips and shoulders are both squared forwards.

  • Obliques

  • Quadratus Lumborum (QL)
