Incline Pushups

INCLINE PUSHUPS

This is an incline pushup which is an easier version of the regular pushup. This exercise is used to slowly progress to a full pushup. Start by putting your hands on a bench or other elevated surface like your couch or bed. Hold a neutral spine and slowly lower the body. Generally your hands should be at your nipple line at the bottom of the movement. Push up while keeping the core braced.

  • Pectoralis Major / Pectoralis Minor

  • Anterior Deltoids

  • Serratus Anterior
