Knees Over Toes Split Squat

KNEES-OVER-TOES SPLIT SQUAT

This is a strengthening exercise use to build loaded knee extension capacity in deep knee flexion angles. Start in a conventional SPLIT SQUAT position and shift the knees forward so that they pass the toes. Extend the front knee to raise the body into a split stance position.
