Narrow Stance Heel Elevated Squat

NARROW STANCE HEEL ELEVATED SQUAT

This is a SQUAT progression exercise that utilizes a heel lift to increase ankle dorsiflexion range which allows the knees past the toes. Start by placing a weight plate or wedge below each heel while in a narrow squat stance (feet hip distance apart). Proceed to complete a squat (with or without weight).
