Seated Lateral Raise
SEATED LATERAL RAISE
This is a seated lateral raise exercise that will strengthen the muscles of the shoulder. The seated position is used to decrease the use of full body momentum while raises the arms - this helps to isolate the movement to a pure shoulder exercise. Grip tighter to increase rotator cuff engagement, or loosen the grip to target the larger muscles of the shoulder.
