Shoulder Internal Rotation Wall Slide

INTERNAL ROTATION SHOULDER WALL SLIDE

This is an internal rotation exercise completed dynamically in the sagittal plane. Start by standing in a doorway with a hand towel or slider disc placed between your hand and the wall. Stand so that the hand and elbow is in line with the shoulder. Press inwards with your hand within tolerable limits and slide your hand up the wall until your reach 90 degrees shoulder flexion. Maintain the internal rotation while sliding the hand back down to starting position.
