Side Plank
SIDE PLANK
This is a core stability exercise for the lateral flexors (anti-lateral flexion) of the spine. Start in a side plank position by supporting the body with one elbow and leg. Keep the spine in neutral and be sure that the hips and shoulders are both squared forwards.
