Single Arm Overhead Triceps Extension

OVERHEAD SINGLE ARM TRICEPS EXTENSION

This is a strengthening exercise for the triceps brachii muscle group. Hold a weight and raise the arm overhead while support the upper arm with your free hand. Bend the elbow to lower the weight slowly behind your head and extend it upwards to raise it.
