Sprinter Step Up Jumps
SPRINTER STEP UP JUMPS
This is a plyometric exercise that focuses on single leg jumping power. Start by placing your target leg on a plyo box or stepper. Extend the calf, knee and hip of the elevated leg to jump upwards off of the step.
